Proximity Probe Calibration Kit
The Proximity Probe Adapter Kit provides the mechanical fixtures needed to mount, position, and adjust proximity probes during calibration and validation with Agate vibration calibration systems.
The kit includes interchangeable probe arms, mounting legs, a digital micrometer, adapters, and a 4140 steel target for repeatable proximity probe setup.
The Proximity Probe Adapter Kit is designed to support proximity probe calibration, validation, and setup verification when used with the Agate calibration systems.
The kit provides a practical mechanical mounting system for positioning proximity probes relative to a steel target. Interchangeable probe arms support common probe body sizes, while multiple mounting leg lengths allow the fixture height to be adjusted for different setups. The included digital micrometer with non-rotating spindle allows fine position adjustment and displays measurements in both inches and millimeters.
This accessory is useful for checking proximity probe response, verifying probe position, supporting displacement measurement setup, and validating proximity probe systems used in rotating machinery and condition monitoring applications.
