The AT-2040 Vibration Verification Kit provides a known-good accelerometer and mounting accessories for quick system checks between formal calibrations. The kit is designed to help users verify shaker output, cable integrity, analyzer response, and general measurement-chain performance before testing an unknown sensor.
The included IEPE verification accelerometer can be mounted to the vibration calibrator and used as a baseline sensor during troubleshooting, setup verification, and routine confidence checks. By testing the system with a known-good sensor first, users can more easily determine whether a measurement issue is related to the sensor under test, cable, analyzer, mounting hardware, or shaker setup.
This kit is especially useful for field technicians, reliability teams, and calibration labs that need a practical way to confirm system performance before running customer sensors or troubleshooting questionable readings.
The AT-2040 Vibration Verification Kit is intended for verification and troubleshooting use. It does not adjust the shaker and does not replace Agate’s calibration and adjustment service.

This kit is used to perform confidence checks between calibrations. For full calibration, adjustment, and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited service, the vibration calibrator should be returned to Agate Technology
